These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Mlue Developer Team governing your access to and use of the Mlue Player mobile application.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use the Application.
Mlue Player is an offline local audio player and library organizer designed for Android devices. It allows users to browse and play audio files stored on their device, view synchronized lyrics retrieved via the public LRCLIB API, create custom playlists, and customize audio playback preferences.
Mlue Player does NOT host, stream, broadcast, download, or distribute audio files or musical recordings.
Mlue Player provides features that query synchronized lyrics from public community APIs and enable users to create personalized 9:16 Story Cards or copy lyric excerpts for personal communication:

The software source code, interface designs, graphic animations, brand identity, and styling of Mlue Player are the exclusive intellectual property of the Mlue Developer Team. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on your personal Android device.
Optional in-app purchases (such as the Pro upgrade to remove advertisements) are billed, authenticated, and processed entirely through Google Play In-App Billing. All billing disputes and refund requests are governed by Google Play's standard refund policies.
You may terminate your account and delete your stored data at any time from within the app via Settings > Account Card > Delete Account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that engage in abusive, fraudulent, or malicious activities.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect updates to the Application or changing legal requirements. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting the updated Terms on this page with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE DEVELOPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPLICATION.
